About Us RadioActive Productions is proud to bring you the Miss Bay Ciry USofA Pageant. Miss Bay City is an official preliminary pageant to Miss Wisconsin USofA and is open to entertainers at least 21 years of age and older. Contestants are judged on Personal Interview, Talent, and Evening Gown. The Miss Bay City USofA winner and first runner-up then qualify to compete at the State Pageant in ?, Wisconsin on ?, 2007.
